Companies have developed software to support their business processes using the technologies available at any given time. At the same time, technology has evolved very fast and companies have not incorporated these evolutions into their software. Many of the processes are computerized through multiple solutions that have been overlapping like «onion layers». These architectural approaches originate «monoliths» that weigh down performance and make its evolution complex. Normally, these solutions do not generate engagement with users. They are solutions with poor user experiences and that are beset by low productivity.
