PEOPLE AS THE KEY ELEMENT FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION.

We believe that people are the key element for digital transformation and that they will be especially influenced by the Human Resources and Marketing departments (marketing on the client/consumer and human resources on the worker).

We use digital design methodologies that allow us to build and define the consumer and digital employee of the future: we define the Exponential World of Work (EWoW) as the worker and clients of companies that apply exponential concepts.

In this segment we talk about solutions that affect business processes. The different solutions transform the way companies “do things”. Aspects such as agility, disaggregation of business services and automation are key trends for this layer. The new API economy plays a particularly important role in transforming radically the traditional integration map (Digital Integration).

We will build a new world of work (EWoW – Exponential World of Work) where new solutions will appear for the worker and the digital customer (Digital Worker and Digital Customer). The creation and ideation process is also being radically transformed by “lean” methodologies and exponential practices for a global digital economy (Kabel Digital toolset).

We have established in Kabel an innovation engine called KabelLab that observes the main sources, filters and accelerates the adoption of new technologies.

Solutions such as ChatBots, Cognitive Services or Augmented Reality solutions have been managed from this engine.

PLACES

SPACES TRANSFORMATION IS ONE OF THE ENABLERS OF THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION.

We consider that on many occasions the transformation of spaces is an enabler/inductor of digital transformation to other levels.

On the other hand, we perceive that in our society the spatial barriers are disappearing … and we no longer work in the company, buy in the store or ask a mortgage in the branch of the bank. The spaces adapt to the necessities at every people’s moment.

Intelligent Building management solutions, smart cities, Virtual and Augmented Reality solutions, 3D printing… will transform in the next few years the spaces as we know them today and more importantly, change with the behaviors and needs of the people who take them.
